She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and responsive to our needs. She was constructive in her recommendations without ever being pushy. During the purchase, Valerie went above and beyond the call of duty by scheduling appointments and meeting with various contractors at the home we were purchasing in order to develop an estimate for those items from the inspection report requiring repairs/corrective actions. This estimate was used as a basis for negotiating credit with the seller. Having recently dealt with a lackluster realtor in the sale of our home in another state, we saw a marked contrast in the level of care, quality and service. We would not hesitate to use Valerie again if the situation arises again.
