Gather with friends on the rooftop deck equipped with a barbecue area and outdoor fireplace, sweat it out in our 24-hour fitness center, or let your furry friend play in the dog run. Entertain guests in our community room complete with a full kitchen and media center. Our pet-friendly community has it all. Just outside of our community, you will find yourself surrounded by daily conveniences. If you don't feel like cooking, head downstairs to our ground floor retail and choose from a variety of tasty choices. Groceries are just down the street, and if you need some fresh air, the Cal Anderson Park is only two blocks away. Getting around Seattle is a breeze via the Link Light Rail, and if you decide to venture beyond the city, access to I-5 is less than a mile away, putting everything you need within easy reach. The City of Seattle Renter's Handbook (PDF) summarizes the rental regulations and outlines the obligations and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords. A paper copy is available from the Leasing Office upon request. This community does not accept reusable (portable) tenant screening reports. Restrictions are subject to change without notice. Restrictions do not apply to dogs that aid disabled individuals for equal access to housing.
