This transaction should have gone very smoothly, I pushed for them to receive a New roof for their home, New a/c unit, and a well pump.(The sellers and buyers had exchanged telephone numbers) The Buyer kept telling the sellers don't worry about moving out, take your time, in the mean time the buyer is telling me they want them out. Day of closing the seller even said that the buyer kept saying to them they could leave their belongings', for a few more days. This was out of my control....and very unhappy they felt that I can control things happening behind me.
