Management
The manager, Rose Saldana, had a line of people waiting to speak with her, and she fielded their complaints and requests quickly and politely before showing me the apartments. She was very professional, upbeat and gave me an honest impression of her. She appeared to be a great representative for this large complex, but I think the company should hire her an assistant!
