The condo association enforces a strict 7-day, Saturday-Saturday rental policy starting in the last two weeks of June until the last full week of August. There are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio and video footage 24/7. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. Reservations booked through certain platforms where credit card payments are processed by the trusted partner will be subject to a separate 3.5% processing fee, which is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. All guests will be required to upload a valid photo ID (driver's license, passport, government ID) and verify with a "selfie" to the partner's secure, data-encrypted portal before being allowed to check in.
