     Management

    We had an appointment set for 2PM and she asked to push it back to 2:45PM. We arrived just two minutes before the appointment, and she was not onsite yet. Upon arriving, she sees another couple before us and walks right by us. At first, I didn’t realize it was her, so I text to see where she was and she said “in the apartment, I’ll be right down”, which made me furious because I was on a strict schedule due to other appointments we had in place. She didn’t see us til just after 3PM and had absolutely no clue if the building was going to clean the apartment before move in or not. Disappointed.
