I'm sorry we didn't see eye-to-eye in this transaction. This is the first bad review I've had in over 450 home sales and I'm sorry you felt compelled to write it. Couple points to clarify. First, this is my full time job. You don't sell 99 homes a year and be the 12th busiest agent in NKY as a side job. Second, we advertise upfront that we let sellers host their own open houses so that they have the opportunity to find their own buyer and avoid the 3% buyers agent fee. Most of our clients see this as a real benefit. Regarding the closing, the buyer requested a separate closing because they didn't want to be in the same room as you. I too advised you prior to closing that I wouldn't attend because of the anger you showed towards me and I didn't want to make it uncomfortable for anyone. I advised you and the title company I was phone available if needed for anything. Again, I'm sorry I didn't meet your expectations but I'm glad we were able to get your home sold.
